Reliance Foundation, setup in 2010, has partnered with Indian National Centre for Ocean Information Services (INCOIS), an autonomous body under the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Govt. of India to develop MACHLI (fish) an android application as a one-stop solution for all fisherman needs.

This app provides daily Ocean state forecast at a distance of 50 km from each fish landing site (about 1400 of them) spread across all the India coastline from Bengal to Gujarat. Fisherman can listen to the daily audio forecast in their native language at any time of their convenience
