Palette Paintbox 2 Update

The user can now delete a palette from the "Single Palette" view.
The application will no longer crash when applying setting preferences.
The application will no longer crash when clicking near the bottom of the create palette view
The back button will no longer bring the user back to a view showing the delete buttons after deleting an item from the "View All Palettes" page.
The back button will no longer bring the user back to the settings page after they have applied their settings.
