Mudra

Mudra Inspire is a powerful Control Panel which manages BT connection to your Mudra Inspire wrist-device, viewing real time stream of wrist neural signals, calibrating the gestures, using the classifier to detect gestures, and the Mudra WiFi emulator.
Mudra Inspire device is required.
Before you start please verify Bluetooth and Location are on.

1. CHARGE
Open the USB charging socket in the mudra device. Connect the micros-USB cable plug into the socket. Charge for at least 1 hour before first use. Lef Indicator light is solid blue while device is charging.

2. DOWNLOAD
Download the 'Mudra Inspire' application from the Google Play store. Install the application on a mobile phone.

3. WEAR
Place the Mudra device on your left hand wrist. Verify that hte USB charging socket is oriented towards the fingers. Tighten the strap to attach the device at you own convenience. Make sure the device keeps constant constant with the skin.

4. CONNECT
Open the Mudra Inspire app. Hold the device button for 1sec - Led indicator light is pulsing green (device is broadcasting). On the app's CONNECT screen, click "Scan". Your device will appear on the screen (looks like WLD Mudra and a alpha-numeric ID in the format of AA:BB:12:34:C3:4D). Tap to choose your Mudra Inspire device. The message 'Device connected' appears once the device is paired. The Led indicator will slowly flash green.

5. STREAM
Tap SIGNALS on the top nav. bar. Move your index finger - make the movement quick like you are trying to catch something. The live stream displays three real-time signals, for each sensor and wrist nerve (Ulnar, Median, Radial). Move each hand finger and watch how each finger movement creates a unique signal patter.

6. CALIBRATE
Tap Calibration on the top nav. bar. Tap Your Personal Data if you would like to store user's meta-deta. Tap Start Recording to initiate the calibration procedure. The calibration requires 15 finger movements of each gesture - the thumb finger, the index finger, the middle tap. Progress is visible on the horizontal bar. Verify that the Server is online with a green circle next to it. When the calibration is finished tap the Calibrate button. The calibration algorithm takes a few seconds. You will receive the calibration score.

7. VERIFY
Tap 'DIAGNOSTICS' on the top nav. bar. Make a thumb finger movement and check the classifier. Make an Index finger movement and check the classifier. Make a Middle tap gesture and check the classifier. Alternate between the three gestures and verify the device correctly recognizes each gesture. click the Gesture/Pressure toggle button to turn on fingertip pressure detection. Gradually increase and decrease the pressure between your index finger and thumb finger and watch the pressure level bar respond accordingly. Move your hand along 3 axes and watch the IMU box respond. Toggle down to get back to discrete gesture recognition.

8. EMULATOR
Tap 'Emulator' on the top nav. bar. You can use the emulator to connect via WiFi to HoloLens and other devicesl
