You then send in your application to different real business. Upon acceptance you will start working. According to your industry you will be doing different jobs. You main goal is to earn as much as possible and become a business owner. To facilitate your mission you must upgrade your tools to increase your efficiency. Business Man :

After earning sufficient cash you can go ahead and start a business in your locality. You will be creating a business in the real world by buying land and constructing your workplace. Your real job now is to find people to work under you. The best way to do that is to offer a higher wage percentage to attract talent. Alternatively Researching intensively helps you hire talented employees as they will be making more money as you research. Retention is a vital part of your business' success.
