Upgraded Application for E-reporting and fixed minor bugs.
Users that have the APK with version code 30004 or new user who are downloading first time, may need to accept one or more of the android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION and android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION permissions, it not accepted then which may result in them not upgrading to this version of the app.
