Is it cold out?

Ever wanted to know whether you're going to need a jacket when you go outside? Just set your ideal temperature, then "Is it cold out?" will show the current temperature based on your location, and tell you whether or not it's cold based on your threshold. Weather provided by OpenWeatherMap.org.

New UI! Also added a menu for Settings and About, so you can only see the important stuff when you open the app.

Also added text for when it's raining, so you can now know if it's cold and raining outside.
