1. Complete your Matchbox order
Pick a Matchbox that suits your needs and budget. Leave a note with the “of the moment” style thoughts or a reference of your liking before she begin styling your Matchbox. Based on your individual style, your Stylist will hand-pick items she thinks you’ll love. But you get the final say.
2. Create your Style Profile
Tell your new style confidant about your inspiration, fit challenges, goals—whatever. This helps your Stylist understand your size, style, shape, budget and lifestyle. Completing your Profile should only take about 10 minutes. Once you have completed your style profile quiz, Yuna will assign a personal Stylist to handle your needs.
3. Get matched with a Stylist
You will be matched with the most suitable Stylist specialized in meeting your styling needs. We understand that your style is unique, and therefore we include many different factors in our Style Profile Quiz so we’ll know which one of our Stylists would be best for you.
4. Receive your Matchbox
Receive your personalised Matchbox. Try everything on in the comfort of your home—no fitting room required. We encourage you to try on everything our Stylists have picked for you because you never know what will look great on. Create new outfits by pairing what’s in your shipment with items that are already in your closet.
5. Try on and give feedback
Rate your matches. Tell us what you love or hate. Your feedback will make your future matches even better. You may exchange the pieces that you don’t like, but be sure to leave detailed feedback on the items you want to replace.
